Hilla holds an M.Sc. from the Faculty of medicine Technion and a B.Sc. from Faculty of life science TLV university. Hilla has over 25 years of experience in medical device industry and held senior clinical research and regulatory management positions in several international and local companies.

Hilla had lectured, led workshops, and provided industry staff training on both clinical and regulatory matters.
