For more than 30 years Dr. Dubinsky worked in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
For many years, Dr. Dubinsky used to work as an analytical and pharmaceutical developer. He built the analytical QC unit in Bio-Technology General (Israel) Ltd. (BTG). Managed the QC laboratories as a Senior Director in the company and later on he served as the Medical Director of Ferring Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Israel. In the last several years, Dr. Dubinsky took major part in the Innovation unit in Ferring Holding Ltd. and in the M&S of BTG.
Dr. Dubinsky is a tech transfer expert. He developed and implement analytical methods, successfully, passed many regulatory audits performed by Israeli and other regulatory authorities like the FDA and the EMA. He performs mock pre-approval inspections in third parties.
In the last years, among his activities in new products’ development, management of clinical trials and giving scientific responses to questions raised from the field, Dr. Dubinsky serves as a team member and an expert for CMC and analytical in Global Ferring and in Ferring US due-diligence teams searching for new products.

Since April 2022, Ofer is an independent consultant assists pharmaceuticals companies and specifically biotech companies.
Dr. Dubinsky is biochemist by training. Received his B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Part of his Ph.D. thesis was made in the Universite des Science et Techniques de Lille Flandres Artois, France.
