A mechanical Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in Medical device and defense industries. Kobi held various R&D, Engineering and Operations key Senior management positions .
Along his career Kobi led new medical devices development and manufacturing from concept to full commercialization (CE, 510K, PMA),  R&D and clinical production to fully validated commercial production lines , technology transfers overseas ,finished device facility establishment and distribution in the US and the EU and managing large cross functional teams.
Kobi has a wide experience in Medical device startups and larger size companies. He was responsible for setting up R&D, Engineering and process and operation departments. Kobi is currently holding a VP Engineering and manufacturing position in Medinol, bringing his real life experience as a senior executive manager in the Medical device vibrant and competitive market.
