After concluding his academic degrees, Professor Stepensky enlisted to the Israeli army, serving as team leader in an analytical laboratory. At the end of his army service, Prof. Stepensky went to postdoctoral at Faculty of Biology, Weizmann Institute of Sciences, Rehovot (Israel) and HHMI postdoctoral, Dept. of Immunobiology, School of Medicine, Yale University, New Haven (USA).
Professor Stepensky teaches pharmacokinetics & pharmacology at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, he published over 50 sceintific articles and consults in his fields of expertise to the Israeli Ministry of Health, pharma and start-up companies in Israel and abroad.
