With over 12 years’ experience in a Top 5 pharmaceutical company innovation team designing patient support programs, Allan has learned that smart technology combined with a human touch can revolutionize the patient experience. Allan believes that serialization offers an unprecedented opportunity for pharma companies, distributors, logistics operators, healthcare systems, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, caregivers and consumers to empower patients to take control of their health.

Allan won a global healthcare company award for his work in service design and change management and broke new ground in designing a smart-packaging solution to improve medication adherence through behavioral change. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Southern California. A dual U.S. and Italian citizen, Allan is passionate about working across cultures, geographical boundaries, and stakeholders to see healthcare transformed in his lifetime.
